You keep the client. We run the crew.
What you actually do to resell this, step by step, and where the line sits between your agency and us.
What you do
- Sell it to your clients, under your name, at your price.
- Own the client relationship.
- Connect the client's site, or have them do it.
- Act as the backup contact if a client's alert has nowhere else to go.
What we do
- Run the agents, the approvals and the reports.
- Set up your branded account with you. This is not self-serve today.
- Start each client in approval-first mode, and change how much an agent may do on its own only on request.
- Keep the platform running.
Connect a client site.
On WordPress, you install our plugin and paste in one key. The plugin creates its own limited account on the site, without administrator rights, and the crew works through that.

Plain HTML, with a working contact form and an admin page for approvals.
Today one script tag adds the chat assistant, which answers from the site's own pages, and passes on messages from a contact form you mark.
The agents that work from the dashboard need no site connection: they draft from the business's profile.
Applying approved changes to the site (posts, markup, image and heading fixes) needs WordPress today.
To disconnect, you remove the plugin's account in WordPress. There is no rebuild and no move to a new host.
The owner meets their Crew Chief.
Your client's owner talks to one agent. They ask for something in plain words, the Crew Chief shows which agents it will use, and one approval starts the work.
They can give it a name of their own. It directs the crew and cannot send or publish anything itself.
Approvals first.
Every new client starts with agents drafting and a person approving. Nothing reaches a customer on its own.
The owner approves in the dashboard, or on an admin page on their own site (a WordPress site, or one we built). When something is waiting, they get an email that links to it.
We can also switch on a morning and an evening email report for a client: leads, work waiting for approval and the state of the site.
Customer messages go out by email today. The agents do not send texts or make calls.
Your brand on it.
Your agency's name, logo and colour appear on the dashboard your client signs in to, on the plugin's screens inside WordPress, and on the admin page on their site.
Emails to the owner carry your agency's name, and replies go to your support inbox. The chat assistant on a client's site carries no agency branding and none of ours.
Where we still show: emails are sent from an Oswego mail address today, and reports carry a small "Powered by Oswego" line unless we turn it off for you.
Try it first: the Observe test drive.
Observe lets you watch the crew work before anything is live. Agents draft on a real site; nothing is sent and nothing is published.
It runs for up to 30 days or 150 agent runs, whichever comes first.
We set it up with you. Ask for it on the form.
Need a site as well?
On WordPress the crew works with the site your client already has, so those clients need nothing built.
If a client does need a site, our team can build and host one as a done-for-you extra. Ask us about it.
Want to see it on one of your clients?
Tell us about your agency. A person replies by email.
